Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

All sales are final. The LES ENTREES team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted. We do NOT edit shipping addresses after orders are submitted.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Most of our releases are preorder only unless communicated otherwise. For preorders please allow 3-6 weeks for fulfillment. If longer we will reach out to you directly via email or updates through our Instagram stories to let you know. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.  LES ENTREES and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.
